Hospice aides provide personal-care support according to the plan of care and under appropriate clinical supervision.

Examples of support

Bathing and grooming, personal hygiene, comfort-focused assistance, and observation/reporting to the care team.

Aide services do not replace skilled nursing or all family and caregiver responsibilities.
